First couple days of break

The community Christmas party at Cliffs Shaft went good. Lots of cookies :) We had pony rides there too and I was playing with the ponies before the kids showed up. Dusty and Pepsi were so cute...Dusty kept rubbing her nose against me if I stopped petting her.

My friends Brett and Becky showed up too. They were there with Justy (Brett's Daughter). She's about 4 (I think) and not shy at all...that is until she sat on Santa's lap. Becky sat on Santa's lap too, but that's just because she wanted some candy ;) I had a lot of fun. Justy decided to haul me around and make me be silly....not like it's that hard. Although I had the satisfaction of feeding her lots of sugar and then sending her home with her dad....LOL. Brett was SOOO happy with me. Only bad thing is that my ex step-dad did end up showing up. Grrrr. I was preaty nice though. Only one snide remark...which is preaty good for me when he's around

After that Mom and I went to Marquette. She wanted to go to the Casino and we ended up spending a few hours there. We were actually preaty lucky. I only spent $5 and ended up with $30.

Anyways, I suppose I should be heading to bed. Church is at 9am and then we have to re-stuff the dogs boxes with Hay so they can stay all toasty warm.....especially Newman. He's getting preaty bad. If it gets below 10 we have to bring him in now. He's just got nothing left to him....but he's still such a happy dog!
